Camp Information:

Roman Nose State Park, named after a Cheyenne chief, is one of the original seven Oklahoma state parks. It has There are 15 miles of marked trails amidst a beautiful canyon, gypsum rock cliffs and three natural springs. For a longer ride, contact the trail ambassador who can guide you on 4000 acres private property. You can also ride to the cafe where there is a hitching rail to tie your horse to while you have lunch!

Special Notes:

Bitter Creek RV campground is designated for equestrian camping. Pens, donated by OETRA trail ambassador, are available on FCFS basis with no extra fee. Be sure to CLEAN them before leaving.
